إرجاع سهل خلال 10-14 يوم

✅ الشروط المقبولة:

• منتجات غير مستعملة بالعبوة الأصلية والبطاقات

• طلب الإرجاع خلال 10-14 يوم من الاستلام

• خصم 10 ريال رسوم إرجاع من المبلغ المسترد

عناصر غير قابلة للإرجاع

❌ لا نستطيع قبول الإرجاع إذا:

• المنتج متضرر بسبب العميل (مكسور/ممزق/مستعمل)

• منتجات منتهية الصلاحية (للسلع القابلة للتلف)

• منتجات معدلة أو محورة

• فقدان العبوة الأصلية أو الملحقات

عملية الاسترداد

1️⃣ تواصل معنا عبر واتساب/إيميل خلال 14 يوم
2️⃣ الحصول على موافقة الإرجاع والتعليمات
3️⃣ إعادة الشحن (العميل يتحمل تكاليف الإرجاع)
4️⃣ يصدر المبلغ المسترد خلال 3-5 أيام عمل بعد الفحص

طرق الاسترداد

• عبر طريقة الدفع الأصلية
• رصيد في المتجر (بناء على طلب العميل)

المنتجات التالفة/المعطوبة

إذا استلمت منتج معيب:

1. أخبرنا خلال 48 ساعة من الاستلام

2. قدم صور/فيديو كدليل

3. سنستبدل أو نسترجع المبلغ بدون تكلفة

Easy Returns Within 10-14 Days

✅ Accepted Conditions:

• Unused products in original packaging with tags

• Return request within 10-14 days of delivery

• 10 SAR return fee deducted from refund

Non-Returnable Items

❌ We cannot accept returns if:

• Product is damaged by customer (broken/torn/used)

• Expired items (for perishable goods)

• Modified/altered products

• Missing original packaging or accessories

Refund Process

1️⃣ Contact us via WhatsApp/email within 14 days
2️⃣ Get return approval & instructions
3️⃣ Ship item back (customer pays return shipping)
4️⃣ Refund issued within 3-5 business days after inspection

Refund Methods

• Original payment method
• Store credit (by customer request)

Damaged/Defective Items

If you receive faulty goods:

1. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

2. Provide photos/video evidence

3. We'll replace or refund at no cost
